The Tree House is a Dillon Beach Classic! Newly remodeled, this light, bright beach house is very roomy 
for 6 people. 

This is one of our "largest little cottages" in the village! 

Completely charming throughout and Wireless Internet!

The kitchen  is well-appointed and opens into the charming
 dining room. 

Everything is new, clean and bright!

The spacious living room has a big screen TV, a cozy fireplace, and sliding glass doors that 
open up to the deck.
 
Open the doors and let the gentle sea breeze in.... 

Everywhere you look in this house you will find more windows, skylights, and beautiful detailing.

 


Both bedrooms are located on the bottom floor and are large and bright with sliding glass doors

The second bedroom looks at to a large Cypress tree....open the slider and let the sound of waves lull 
you to sleep....

Tree house does not have a view of the ocean (and is priced accordingly), but does have wonderful sky and tree views throughout. 

Open the doors and you can hear the Pacific...

The beach, cafe, mom & pop store are all within a 5 minute stroll from this village charmer.

We thank you in advance for not attempting to throw loud, large parties. 
The number a house sleeps is the maximum people it can have day or night.
